What is the warranty policy on Eclat BMX frames and parts?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all aftermarket frames. Small parts and components are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that customs processing in your specific country may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Can I return a component if I have already attempted to install it?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on parts that show signs of installation, tool marks, or grease.
Are Eclat hub guards compatible with other brands' hubs?
While many of our hub guards are designed specifically for Eclat hubs, we offer several 'universal' models. Please check the product specifications page for compatibility dimensions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
