Prepare Your Gear
Place the unmounted BMX parts in their original branded packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, and instructional inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Securely box your items and attach the provided shipping label or send via your preferred tracked carrier to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in new, resaleable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
